openclaw is a personal tool used only by its developer, Alex Nunez. It is not offered to anyone else.

What data it accesses

With the account owner's consent, openclaw accesses the owner's own Gmail messages (read and draft) and Google Calendar events through Google's APIs.

How the data is used

The data is used only to provide personal assistance to the account owner: summarizing email, drafting replies for the owner to review, and managing the owner's calendar. Text from email and calendar may be sent to the AI model provider that powers the assistant, solely to generate responses for the owner.

Sharing

Data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with any other party. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and deletion

Access tokens are stored encrypted on the owner's own computer. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
